After 2017 brought the best annual revenue in company history, a goal for 2018 was to further improve our processes to continue to bring our customers the best service possible.

During September 2018, all Hoist parts was moved from our location in Bedford Park, Illinois, to our newly-developed parts inventory space at our East Chicago, Indiana facility. The revamped 10,000 square foot area is devoted strictly to aftermarket parts inventory. Hoist's dedicated parts team was increased by 10, with an Operations Lead to oversee sales order shipments.

With new processes and procedures in place, Hoist Liftruck would like feedback from it's customers (good or bad), so we can continue to improve our quality and services to you, the customer.
